UMC established the Healthy Living Institute as a physical commitment to improving the health and well-being of Southern Nevada. We are dedicated to bringing complimentary learning opportunities to our community members that improve, promote, and restore their quality of life. Breastfeeding/Prenatal/Parenting
The Healthy Living Institute is a one-stop-shop for new and growing families to transition comfortably into this exciting time of life! Our prenatal and parenting classes cover everything from childbirth to infant massage, and classes just for new dads, grandparents and siblings. We also have support groups covering various topics, including breastfeeding and postpartum life.

Do you know what to do in the event of an emergency? Learn life-saving skills from our experts in our safety and first aid classes, including STOP THE BLEED, Adult CPR, Child and Infant CPR and even CPR for pets! You can also learn about safe practices for baby sitters, car seat safety and more related topics.
