UMC is now on Facebook

Southern Nevadans have a brand new way to stay informed about what’s happening at their community hospital. University Medical Center is now on Facebook.
UMC recognizes the way people communicate is rapidly changing and our community wants instant access to the latest medical news, advances and happenings at Nevada’s only Level I Trauma Center and the hospital our community turns to when it needs the highest level of care.
“The most skilled and expert care is available at UMC and wonderful outcomes happen there everyday. UMC is using today’s technology to stay in touch with our community,” Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly said.
UMC can be found on Facebook under “University Medical Center of Southern Nevada” where fans will be able to read current press releases, view photos and video of the hospital and meet the men and women who have dedicated their lives to caring for others.
“UMC wants to remain connected to our community in every way possible. This is one more way UMC is using the latest in technology to further our commitment to the people of southern Nevada,” UMC CEO Kathy Silver said.
