I Can Cope A free patient education program co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society with assistance from members of the oncology nursing staff.
Make Today Count A weekly informal support group for cancer patients, families and friends, facilitated by a H.O.P.E. chaplain.
National Cancer Center Survivors Day A yearly celebration in June for cancer survivors, families and friends for those who live within the Las Vegas area in cooperation with the American Cancer Society.
One-on-One Cancer Support Volunteers are cancer survivors who are at least one year into remission and offer emotional support to inpatients.
K-9 Therapy Specially trained by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), these dogs, accompanied by their leader, visit cancer patients on a weekly basis. This provides a morale booster for patients.
