Yeast infections and yogurt |
|
| Information: | Question:
Does yogurt help prevent yeast infections?
Answer:
Several studies have suggested that one cup of yogurt (only the kind that has acidophilus bacteria) a day may reduce the frequency of vaginal yeast infections. Check the label for the statement "contains live cultures" or something similar.
